1. Cancellations:

1.1. Customers may request order cancellations within 5 hours from the time of placing the order. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.

1.2. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer service team at mineproducts@mail.com or +91-996048469 with the order details.

1.3. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2.1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following conditions:

Cancellation charges and process
Cancellation is allowed until fulfilment is done. Customer initiated cancellations of prepaid orders attract a flat deduction 2% of order value.For prepaid orders, refund is processed as per cancellation charges, if any, within 2 - 3 business days.
